New Companion

My new companion! She is from the state of Mexico in the part of Chalco!

Hey Everyone! 

Wow so some pretty great adventures and experiences in the past few weeks! so a couple weeks ago me and hna Miranda got to go visit the pyramids of Teotihuacan. it is so cool the history of these pyramids from the view of the church! well we had cambios ( companion changes ) last tuesday and i stayed in the same area here in Hidalgo Pachuca in the area, Las Torres 2, estaca Pachuca Sur.  

I love my new companion! her name is Hermana Alvarez! this past week was such a blast and a positive growing experience pushing out of my comfort zone!  

some adventures.... we were heading to lunch with a family that lives in a pueblo a little far from our house. The elders that are in our ward were heading over to the same house to eat and since me and my companion had never been to this members house before the elders tried to explain how the huge bus (camion) of public transport looked like and where to get on it. well we found one that we thought was correct and well....... ya no:) so it wa a little adventure because the cell phone of the elderes wasn´t working very good and they couldn´t hear what we were saying just that we were on the wrong huge camion jajaja.... but the driver was really nice and told us where we should get off and we waited for the elders to arrive at the same stop but on a diferent bus for a little while and it all worked out! just for a minute i felt a little stressed then i was like well it´s and adventure!;D we contacted people and had a lesson at the bus stop and then the elders got there and we made it to the house of the member all safe and sound. but when we were heading back i did something new! we separated and i sat with a girl  and gave a lesson all by myself in spanish while my companion was across the isle talking to someone else! it was really amazing. this girl i asked her if there was anything specific that she wanted me to ask for in the prayer and she like shared  how she has been married for 6 months and needs to find a job that pays better..... and then I prayed and we talked and I shared the gospel and she said she feels like God is talking to her through me and that he answers her prayers puting people like me in her path. It was so neat to have this lesson with this girl and we ended with a prayer and we were like best friends by the end. It is amazing how people can feel and recognize Gods love and what she said about God talking to her through me was exactly right because I have been called of God through his true Profet to represent His son Jesus Christ to share the restored Gospel with everyone of his children here in Mexico. i have had so many great experiences and I know that God is our Father, Jesus Criest is our redeemer and that Joseph Smith was called of God to restore the church of Jesus Christ again upon the Earth and that The Book of Mormon is the word of God and Another Testament of Jesus Christ.
